Q. Is there a download process for ActiveX?
A. The first time you use ActiveX, an ActiveX control will download into your web browser. The download is secure and will not affect any other files on your computer. The ActiveX control is what is known as a "plug-in", and simply adds additional capabilities to your web browser.

Q. Does this download process take long?
A. Depending upon the speed of your connection, this download can take anywhere from 1 to 4 minutes. Please be patient. This is a one time download. In the future, when you download a document, it will automatically load into your browser. And since these files are very small (about 10K), they download very quickly.
