Q. Can I get a 100% Refund?

If you purchase our Subscription Service and have not downloaded our any documents or forms, or used the My Legal Assistant Service, we will give you a 100% refund if requested within 30 days of purchase, if requested. Our 100% money back guarantee is valid for our self-help forms and documents that are purchased on an individual basis within 30 days of purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your individual document purchase, contact us at support@mylawyer.com and request a refund. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the processed cancellation and refund.

Q. How long will it take to Receive my Refund?
A. Depending on the banking institutions and credit card processing companies, the refund to your credit card can sometimes take up to 30 days. This timeframe usually depends on the billing/statement cycle of one's banking/credit card institution. Please wait two full billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. If you have not received your credit by then, please contact us and we will look into the matter further. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the processed cancellation and value of the refund.
