Once you have registered for the site you will have a user name and
password.

If you registered before March 19, 2004 your user name is your first initial and last
name. For example John Smith's user name would be jsmith. In some cases it was
necessary to add a number after the user name, for example, jsmith2
If you registered on or after March 19, 2004 your user name is your email address.
You set your own password when you
registered. This password was at least six characters.
