Richard S. Granat. is the founder and CEO of DirectLaw, LLC., Epoq, US, Inc., and MyLawyer.com, Inc.. He is a Maryland attorney with over 30 years of legal experience and a nationally-recognized expert in self-representation, legal technology, paralegal utilization, and the delivery of legal services. He was the first Director and Founder of the Peoples' Law Library of Maryland.

Ed Carlson is our Director of Business Development.   Ed brings to us over 25 years' experience in corporate product expansion, specializing in the information technology marketplace.  He has worked in various senior management roles, with special focus on Internet & B2B organizations.

Gregor Weeks is Chief Technologist for DirectLaw, LLC, Epoq and MyLawyer.com, Inc.  Gregor is a graduate of the University of Scranton and is completing his J.D. at the University of Maryland School of Law.  His critical role in our organization includes the development of our web-based applications and relational databases, as well as maintaining all online operations.  Gregor was previously an Intranet Administrator with Planning Systems, Inc. and Technical Assistant at the Office of Naval Research. 

Elden Carnahan is our Director of Document Automation for Epoq. US, Inc...  Elden is a graduate of the University of Rochester (Master's degree), University of Maryland and the University of Maryland School of Law. He has worked most recently as a Systems Analyst with a federal defense agency.  

Harvey Becker is a Senior Document Automation Specialist and assists in the management of the company's email legal information service.  Harvey is a graduate of James Madison University and the University of Maryland School of Law.  He has extensive experience in software development and was the Project Leader for the estates and trusts document assembly project at The Technology Group.

Mendy Mendenilla is a Senior Document Automation Specialist and manages the company's employment law web site at http://www.hrlawinfo.com.  Mendy is a graduate of the University of Maryland (Baltimore County) and the University of Baltimore School of Law.  In her previous positions, she served as both Project Manager and Applications Developer at The Technology Group.

Lynette Erbe is Director of our Customer Care Center. Lynette is a graduate of the University of Maryland, has extensive paralegal experience and was previously employed with Kubovcik & Kubovcik, a Washington DC law firm specializing in patent and trademark law.
